Born on 29th September 1989, in the family of Smt. Kanta Bansal and Sh. Sohan Lal Bansal at V.P.O. Arsu, Tehsil Nirmand, District Kullu (H.P.) and married to Sh. Prashant Singh Negi at Rampur Bushahr, District Shimla (H.P.). Did my schooling from Bhuvneshwary Public School Arsu, B.A. from P.G. College Rampur Bushahr, District Shimla (H.P.) Thereafter, completed my LLB from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla in the year 2013. Enrolled as an Advocate in the Bar Council of Himachal Pradesh in 2013. Thereafter, joined Bar Association Rampur Bushahr and remained in practice till 2015. Did LLM from Himachal Pradesh University in the year 2018. Qualified UGC NET in the year 2019. Got selected in Himachal Pradesh Judicial Services in Dec 2019 . After undergoing induction training at the Himachal Pradesh Judicial Academy Shimla, was posted in the Hon’ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh (Leave/Training Reserve) on 11th Jan 2021. On transfer, assumed the charge as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 8, Shimla (H.P.) on 04.08.2021 and remained till 04.04.2023. Thereafter, upon transfer assumed the charge as Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Chopal on 11.04.2023.
