Born on 17th February, 1983 at village Dhakawa, Tehsil Barsar, District Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh. Did schooling from Govt. Senior Secondary School, Jhiralri and Govt. Senior Secondary School, Kangoo, Hamirpur. Graduated from Govt. P.G.College, Hamirpur. Did BJMC, MJMC and LLB from H.P. University, Shimla and LLM from kurukshetra University, Haryana. Joined practice in the year 2008 and practiced in the District Courts, Shimla and in the Hon’ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh. Selected as member of H.P. Judicial Services in the year 2011. Served as Civil Judge (Jr.Divn.)-cum Judicial Magistrate, Court No.II, Dharamshala, Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.)-cum-Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Court No.1 and Principal Magistrate Juvenile Justice Board, Kangra at Dharamshala, Served as Civil Judge -cum-Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chachiot at Gohar, District Mandi. Served as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Dalhousie, District Chamba, H.P. w.e.f. 28.12.2018.On transfer presently posted as Civil Judge-cum-JMFC Dehra. Thereafter, transferred and posted as Senior Civil Judge–cum-ACJM (I), Shimla (H.P.) on 09.12.2021.
