Ms. Parveen Chauhan

Born on 25th Dec 1977. Parveen Chauhan W/o Sh. Rajesh Chauhan D/o Sh. George, District & Sessions Judge (Retired). I passed 10th class from Auckland House School, Shimla and 10+2 from St. Bedes College, Shimla. Bachelor of Business Administration, LLB & LLM from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. I remained posted as Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Shimla, Hamirpur Ghumarwin, Civil Judge (Sr. Division) at Mandi and then Hamirpur. Thereafter, as Civil Judge (Sr. Division)-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Una till 30th September, 2014, as Civil Judge (Sr. Division)-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kullu, H.P. from 1st October, 2014 till 20.7.2015. Thereafter remained as such in Bilaspur H.P. Thereafter , on promotion joined as Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Solan H.P. from 31-12-2018 and thereafter on transfer joined as Additional District and Sessions Judge-1, Solan H.P. from 28-05-2019. On transfer joined as Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special POCSO Court Solan w.e.f. 05-03-2020 to 04.08.2021. Remained posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge (C.B.I.), Shimla w.e.f. 11.08.2021 to 07.12.2021. Remained posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge -II, Shimla w.e.f. 11.12.2021 to 31.03.2023. On transfer assumed the charge as Additional District and Sessions Judge -I, Shimla on 31.03.2023.
