Sh. Amit Mandyal

Born on 17.12.1976 at Mandi (H.P.) Passed matriculation examination in year 1992 from D.A.V Public School Mandi (H.P). Passed B.Sc. (Non-Medical) from Govt. College Mandi in year 1997. Thereafter, did P.G.D.P.M & L.W from H.P. University Shimla. Passed Bachelors Degree in Laws from H.P. University Shimla in year 2001. Stood first in his batch in L.L.B examination and was awarded Gold medal. Practiced law nearly for 4 years in District Courts Mandi. Joined H.P. Judicial Services on 22.10.2005. Remained under training in Sessions Division Solan and thereafter in H.P. Judicial Academy Shimla. Earned Degree of L.L.M. in the year 2017 from Kurukshetra University through correspondence course. Remained posted in Court No. 2 Nurpur, Jubbal, Court No. 4 Shimla, Court No. 2 Amb, Court No. 1 Una. Was promoted to post of Senior Civil Judge-cum-ACJM and assumed charge as such in Court No. 2, Shimla on 25.04.2014. On transfer from Shimla served as Senior Civil Judge-cum-ACJM Palampur-cum Chairman, Sub Divisional Legal Services Committee, Palampur till 26.12.2018. Thereafter, remained posted as Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Kangra at Dharamshala till 06-08-2021. On transfer, joined as Senior Civil Judge-ACJM, Sarkaghat, District Mandi H.P on 16th August, 2021. On transfer/placement as Senior Civil Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shimla assumed charge on 06.12.2021 and remained posted as such till 29.03.2023 (Afternoon). On promotion assumed the charge as Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court (RAPE/POCSO) Shimla, H.P. on 29.03.2023 (Afternoon).
