Dr. Parvinder Singh Arora is an Officer in the cadre of Himachal Pradesh Higher Judicial Services. A graduate in commerce and Law, Dr. Arora also served as Associate Company Secretary, Cost and Works Accountant. Dr. Arora was conferred with Doctor of Philosophy by Punjabi University Patiala for Research on Laws relating to Corporate Insolvency – Development and Trends in India. Having joined Himachal Pradesh Judicial Services in 2003, he has an experience of 21 years, including two years deputation in the Registry of Supreme Court of India as Member Project Management eCommittee. Joined as Addl. District and Sessions Judge-special Judge-CBI Shimla w.e.f. 10.01.2025
