Born on 11.1.1979 at Sarkaghat, District Mandi, H.P. Received school education in Sarswati Vidhya Mandir, Bilaspur till 8th standard. Passed Senior Secondary from Government Senior Secondary School, Lalpani, Shimla in the year, 1996. Did five year integrated LL.B from Symbiosis Law College, Pune, Maharastra from 1997 to 2002.Enrolled as member of Bar Counsil of Himachal Pradesh in the year 2003. Practiced as an Advocate in Civil, Criminal as well as Revenue Courts at Shimla till the year 2006.Was selected in Himachal Pradesh Judicial Services in the year 2006 and appointed as Civil Judge(Jr. Div.)-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Court No.2, Dharamshala. Also remained posted at Shimla and Dalhousie. Posted as Civil Judge(Jr. Div.)-cum-Judicial Magistrate Ist. Class, Court No.2, Ghumarwin, District Bilaspur, H.P. w.e.f 17.05.2013. On promotion as Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.)-cum-ACJM posted as Secretary, District Legal Services Authority Shimla and assumed the charge on 14.01.2016.Thereafter transferred to Civil and Sessions Division Kangra and joined as Senior Civil Judge-cum-Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kangra on 28-12-2018. Thereafter on transfer posted as Senior Civil Judge-ACJM Court No-I,Amb till 29-11-2021. Thereafter holding the post of Senior Civil Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate ,Una from 06.12.2021 till 16th April 2024. Thereafter on transfer posted as Senior Civil Judge-CJM shimla on 18.04.2024
